9/26陳慶恩 (外籍)
作曲家

陳慶恩現為香港大學音樂系教授,香港小交響樂團2016至2018年駐團藝術家。此前,樂團亦曾多次與他合作,在香港以至歐洲、南美、加拿大、紐約、台灣、北京及上海等地演出其委約作品。陳慶恩的創作以擅於糅合中西特色見稱,作品曾於世界各地藝術節及音樂節演出,包括愛丁堡藝術節、墨爾本藝術節、新加坡藝術節、北京第二屆中國交響樂之春、香港藝術節、台北香港週,以及阿姆斯特丹、布達佩斯及坎培拉的音樂節等。
近作計有香港小交響樂團為其2016年台灣首演委約的《月魄》和為2012年北美首演委約的《一霎好風》、於2017年坎培拉國際音樂節閉幕音樂會首演的《囍》(2014/2015年駐團藝術家麥淑賢作詞)、香港藝術節委約創作的2017年《世紀ž香港》音樂會(音樂總監及作曲)和兩套三幕室內歌劇《大同》(2015)及《蕭紅》(2013),以及於米蘭首演的《幽鳳聲如剪》(2016)等。
陳慶恩憑《蕭紅》及《一霎好風》獲香港藝術發展局頒發2013年香港藝術發展獎的「年度最佳藝術家獎(音樂)」。此外,他與香港城市當代舞蹈團的三次合作—《非常道》(2009)、《蘭陵王》(2007)及《霸王》(2005)亦備受讚譽,並憑《蘭陵王》獲2008年香港舞蹈年獎的「最佳原創音樂獎」。同年,陳慶恩獲民政事務局局長嘉許計劃頒發嘉許狀及獎章,表揚他在推動文化藝術發展的貢獻。
10/5 (六) Ko-ichiro Yamamoto (外籍)

TROMBONE
Principal
Ko-ichiro Yamamoto is Principal Trombone of the Seattle Symphony and the Saito-Kinen Orchestra, and is a faculty member of the University of Washington School of Music. Active as a soloist, recitalist, chamber music performer and clinician, Yamamoto has performed with many groups, including the New York Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera Chamber Orchestra, and as guest solo principal trombone of the NHK Symphony Orchestra. Born in Tokyo, Yamamoto began studying trombone at age 12 with his father, Tatsuo Yamamoto, and Yoshiki Hakoyama. Yamamoto studied with Joseph Alessi, Principal Trombone of the New York Philharmonic, at The Juilliard School from 1994-96. Most recently, Yamamoto helped organize Winds for Hope: A Benefit Concert for Japan, which took place in March 2012 in Benaroya Hall and raised funds to replace musical instruments for Japanese students affected by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.

單簧管演奏家

Recently awarded with the 2nd Prize on the 73rd Geneva Competition following his 1st Prize on the Ghent International Competition, at the age of 24 Vitor Fernandes is recognized as one of the leading clarinetists of his generation. Born in 1994, he started his musical studies in Portugal at the age of 6. Vitor is the winner of over a dozen prizes in national and international competitions. Currently focusing on his soloist career, he presents himself regularly in concerts and also teaching masterclasses all over Europe, South-Korea, China, Dubai and the United States of America. He has collaborated with renowned orchestras like the Chamber Orchestra of Europe and the SWR Symphonieorchester Stuttgart, and played as a soloist with the Brussels Philharmonic, Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra, Gyor Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de Valenciennes, The Royal Symphonic Band of the Belgian Guides, L’Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, among others. Vitor has recorded for the Portuguese National Radio and Television, France Musique, Hungarian Radio and National Radio of Slovenia. In 2018, Vitor got his Masters degree in the class of Romain Guyot at the Haute École de Musique de Genève with distinction, receiving the Sih-Woo Cardinaux-Chang Prize.

10/24 Charles Tyler Wetherbee(外籍)
小提琴教授

Violinist Charles Wetherbee brings to the CU College of Music a wealth of experience and expertise from his varied career as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral concertmaster and teacher. He has performed throughout the world, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Canada, Mexico, and the United States. He has appeared at the Aspen Music Festival, the Garth Newell Center, the Hidden Valley Festival (CA), the Roycroft Chamber Festival (NY), the Nouvelle Academie International d’Été (Nice, France), the Olympic Music Festival (WA), the MidAmerica Music Festival (OH), and Strings in the Mountains (CO). Wetherbee is a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, where he studied with Aaron Rosand.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Wetherbee gave his first performances at age six. He made his debut with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra under Symon Bychkov, and since then has performed with the National Symphony under Mstislav Rostropovitch, as well as the Japan Philharmonic, the Concerto Soloists of Philadelphia, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogota (Columbia), the National Repertory Orchestra, the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Mexico, the Symphony Orchestra of the Curtis Institute, the Buffalo Philharmonic, and the Virginia Symphony, among others.

The Washington Post called Wetherbee “a consummate artist… with flawless technique”. The Virginia Pilot said that he “… gave a performance of great conviction and emotion”. The Columbus Dispatch wrote “… a first rate showman… his double-stops, harmonics, and beautiful sound kept the audience spellbound”. As a recording artist, he is represented on Naxos, Seize the Music Records, Weasel Records, Vienna Modern Classics, as well as the Cascade labels, and was also featured on a recording with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra playing Massenet’s Meditation from Thaïs.

A devoted chamber musician, Wetherbee is the first violinist of the Carpe Diem String Quartet, with whom he tours and performs regularly. After a recent concert, the Washington Post had this to say about Carpe Diem - "But the Carpe Diem Quartet, appearing at the Dumbarton Church, was extraordinary. Among these contemporary quartets who speak in different tongues, the Carpe Diem is the best one out there." He often performs with artists outside of the “classical box” and has collaborated with composer and guitarist Andrew Lipke, singer/song writer Willy Porter, Juno Award winner banjoist Jayme Stone, and Latin Grammy winner Raul Juarena, among others.

Wetherbee’s first orchestral appointment was as Principal Second Violin with the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington D.C. Following five years in NSO, Chas was concertmaster of the Columbus Symphony for sixteen years.

Charles Wetherbee has taught throughout his career, and held positions at American University, Capital University, Ohio Wesleyan and The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, he developed a new violin course for folk music and improvisation. He also taught orchestral excerpts and audition preparation. His students have gone on to study at such schools as Rice, Juilliard, the Cleveland Institute of Music and the Colburn Conservatory. In 2002, Mr. Wetherbee acquired the use of one of the world’s rare and sought after violins, the Widenhouse 44. He performs on bows by Charles Espy and Bennoit Rolland.

Pianist David Korevaar balances his active performing schedule with teaching at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he is the Peter and Helen Weil Professor of Piano. He is a 2016 honoree as Distinguished Research Lecturer at the University of Colorado.

Since his New York debut at Town Hall in 1985, Korevaar has performed in many roles, as solo recitalist, as soloist with orchestra, as chamber musician and collaborator, as well as (more recently) expanding into the world of theater and dance. He has performed throughout the United States, and he is heard frequently in his home state of Colorado. Internationally, he has performed at London’s Wigmore Hall, and around Europe from Riga, Latvia to Heidelberg, Germany. He is a frequent visitor to Japan, performing and teaching. He has also performed and taught in Central Asia under the auspices of the U.S. State Department’s Cultural Envoy program. In May 2016, Korevaar spent two weeks teaching at the Afghanistan National Institute of Music in Kabul.

A passionate and committed collaborator, Korevaar is a founding member of the Boulder Piano Quartet, currently resident at The Academy in Boulder, and performed for many years as a member of the Clavier Trio. He is a regular guest with the Takács Quartet, and has collaborated with other ensembles including the Manhattan, Colorado, Shanghai, and Chester Quartets. He continues to perform and record with distinguished colleagues including violinists Charles Wetherbee, Harumi Rhodes, Edward Dusinberre, violists Geraldine Walther and Matthew Dane, flutist Christina Jennings, among others.

Korevaar’s most recent additions to his extensive discography are a Chopin CD for MSR Classics, featuring a compelling selection of the composer’s piano masterpieces, and a disc for Naxos with Charles Wetherbee of world-premiere recordings of works for violin and viola with piano by the Hungarian-born Parisian composer Tibor Harsányi. Korevaar is well-known for his Bach recordings, which include the Six Partitas, Goldberg Variations, and both books of the Well-Tempered Clavier. His explorations of standard repertoire include a discs of Beethoven Sonatas, Brahms Variations, music by Ravel, and more. He has also recorded solo and chamber music of Paul Hindemith (three discs), solo piano music by Ernst von Dohnányi, a disc of Fauré, and rarely heard treasures by French composers including Aubert and Roger-Ducasse from the University of Colorado’s Ricardo Viñes Piano Music Collection. His work with the American composer Lowell Liebermann has resulted in four CDs to date, including two collections of solo piano music, an album with flutist Alexa Still, and a chamber music compilation with members of the Boulder Piano Quartet and baritone Patrick Mason.

David Korevaar’s interest in new music continues to be important, with recent premieres of works by Colorado colleagues Michael Theodore and Mike Barnett, his longstanding advocacy of the music of Lowell Liebermann, and performances and recordings of works by David Carlson, Robert Xavier Rodriguez, Paul Schoenfield, Aaron Jay Kernis, George Rochberg, George Crumb, Stephen Jaffe, Libby Larsen, Ned Rorem, Harrison Birtwistle, and many others.

Korevaar has collaborated with Tim Smith on a number of Bach-related websites, now housed under the auspices of the Oregon Bach Festival’s Digital Bach compendium. These include in-depth explorations of the Goldberg Variations and the Well-Tempered Clavier.

In May 2000 he received the Richard French award from the Juilliard School, honoring his doctoral document on Ravel’s Miroirs. Other honors include top prizes from the University of Maryland William Kapell International Piano Competition (1988) and the Peabody-Mason Music Foundation (1985), as well as a special prize for his performance of French music from the Robert Casadesus Competition (1989).

David Korevaar began his piano studies at age six in San Diego with Sherman Storr, and at age 13 he became a student of the great American virtuoso Earl Wild. By age 20 he had earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Juilliard School, where he continued his studies with Earl Wild and studied composition with David Diamond. He completed his Doctor of Musical Arts from the Juilliard School with Abbey Simon. Another important mentor and teacher was the French pianist Paul Doguereau, who had been a student of Egon Petri, and who had studied the music of Fauré and Debussy with Roger-Ducasse (a pupil of Fauré’s), and the music of Ravel with the composer.

Prior to joining the faculty of the University of Colorado in 2000, Korevaar taught for many years at the Westport School of Music in Connecticut, where he was Artist-Teacher. He currently lives in Boulder, Colorado, and Dallas, Texas, with his family. He is a Kawai artist.

小提琴演奏家

臺裔美籍的小提琴家黃俊文以強烈的表現力、特別的音色、自在展現的技藝接連獲得了2015年艾維理.費雪事獎,以及2017年林肯中心新銳藝術家獎,首度在林肯中心登臺後,【華盛頓郵報】旋即表示:「黃俊文絕對是一位具備良好條件,擁有遠大演奏生涯的藝術家。」
他近期的活動包括了與休士頓交響樂團、太平洋交響樂團、奧馬哈交響樂團、聖芭芭拉室內管弦樂團、路易斯安納愛樂、首爾愛樂的初次合作,以及與底特律交響樂團、阿拉巴馬交響樂團、西班牙畢爾包交響樂團、墨西哥國家交響樂團、臺灣國家交響樂團的再度合作。
他也受葛濟夫之邀,於聖彼得堡舉辦的白夜音樂節中參與演出,並再次受棕櫚灘室內樂協會、卡拉莫爾音樂節新星系列之邀演出,同時,他也是卡梅拉塔太平洋室內樂團的首席藝術家。
2015年,黃俊文接替宓多里,與史特拉金指揮的底特律交響樂團合作演出西貝流士小提琴協奏曲,備受好評。他亦曾在被臨時通知的情況下與阿拉巴馬交響樂團演出華爾頓的小提琴協奏曲。此外,樂季中的重要演出也包括了在林肯中心與聖路加管弦樂團演出巴伯的小提琴協奏曲,同時也包括其首次在林肯中心「傑出演奏家系列」演出的那場完售的獨奏會。
黃俊文近期的獨奏會包括了在林肯中心、甘迺迪中心、喬治亞表演藝術大學、佛羅里達表演藝術大學、史翠斯摩藝術中心、華盛頓的菲利普美術館、水牛城室內樂協會、波士頓伊莎貝拉嘉納藝術博物館、喬登音樂廳、巴黎羅浮宮、首爾藝術中心,以及臺灣的國家音樂廳。
他的首張獨奏專輯《熟悉的靈感》彙集了最受喜愛的炫技曲目與浪漫小品,由奇美發行,此外,他錄製了哈比森(John Harbison)為小提琴獨奏而寫的《獨處的四首歌》,與卡梅拉塔太平洋室內樂團演出其它哈比森的作品整彙成輯,由Harmonia Mundi於2014年秋天出版。
身為林肯中心室內樂協會CMS Two計劃成員,也作為一位備受讚譽的室內樂音樂家,黃俊文廣受世界各地音樂節邀請演出,足跡曾及東京香奈兒音樂節、加州Music@Menlo室內音樂節、La Jolla藝術節、德國的莫里茨堡音樂節,基辛根之夏音樂節、瑞士汐昂音樂節、韓國的大關嶺國際音樂節。其合作的對象包括了吉爾.夏漢、林昭亮、今井信子、勞倫斯.鮑爾、馬辛.雷薩諾夫、米夏.麥斯基、王健、法蘭斯.海默森、馬克-安卓.漢默林。
黃俊文2011年曾獲得美國青年音樂會藝術家國際大賽,於紐約與華盛頓的甘迺迪中心演出備受盛讚的音樂會,其他的獲獎經歷包括2009年瑞士汐昂國際小提琴大賽首獎、同年獲臺灣奇美文化基金會以「碩果與新芽」為主題頒發的奇美藝術獎,2013年獲Salon de Virtuosi獎學金,2014年獲古典錄音基金會的青年藝術家獎。
臺灣出生的黃俊文七歲開始習琴,在茱莉亞音樂院師事姜孝(Hyo Kang)與李宜濠,在學期間,曾榮獲茱莉亞音樂院柯夫納獎學金。
他目前演奏的小提琴是1742年製耶穌.瓜奈里「維尼奧夫斯基」,由芝加哥斯特拉第瓦利協會的協助下慷慨借用

指揮教授

葛瑞森,1952年生於英國溫徹斯特(Winchester)四歲開始學鋼琴,八歲開始大提琴課程,十三歲時,因為在溫徹斯特的英國教會唱詩班擔任首席歌手而獲贈獎學金。早在劍橋大學時,他已經身為大學交響樂團的指揮,並且經常受邀參加各種演出,如曾受邀指揮劍橋大學歌劇交響樂團演出班哲明.布列頓(Banjamin Britten)的歌劇「亞伯特.赫瑞」(Albert Herring)。在他畢業那年,他以指揮的身份帶領劍橋室內樂團參演愛登堡音樂節(Edinburgh Festival)的現代室內樂節目。在英國皇家音樂學院(Royal College of Music)隨Norman DelMar攻讀了一年的指揮法後,贏得了D.A.A.D.(德國政府設立,專為外籍學生而辦)的獎學金進入科隆音樂學院(Cologne Conservatory of Music)研習指揮法。在此期間,他並且在瑞士的盧干諾(Lugano)國際指揮大賽中獲獎。
1978年,他於舒勒斯維–霍爾斯坦的蘭德斯劇院,布瑞麥哈分及杜寶朵夫的萊茵歌劇院專任指揮。1982年,他在佛羅倫斯贏得維多利奧.古伊(Vittorio Gui)國際指揮大賽,此舉使他以客席指揮的身份與佛羅倫斯的馬其奧音樂劇樂團合作演出兩場,也受邀與捷克布倫恩(Brno)州立樂團合唱,並曾以柯林.戴維斯爵士(Sir Colin Davis)的助理指揮身份在倫敦的柯芬園歌劇院演出。
1985年,葛瑞森偕同妻子移居台灣,並出任中國文化大學音樂系副教授。身為該校華岡交響樂團的指揮,他致力於擴展樂團的曲目。例如長笛家威廉.班奈特(William Bennett),鋼琴家坦雅‧雷曼妮可瓦(Tanya Remenikova)、菲利普.沃克(Philip Fowke)及羅夫.佛塔派克等,都曾與華岡交響樂團合作過。
1997年於國家音樂廳的《狂戀馬勒》與聲樂家郭燕愉,1999年新舞臺的《浪漫的頌讚~深情的樂章》與小提琴家陳任遠合作演出,2000年國家音樂廳的《樂悠揚》豎笛家陳威仰、小提琴家鄭志亮合作演出,2001年新舞臺的《華岡樂宴》與聲樂家柴寶琳合作演出,2002年的《樂之旅》、以及大型院展《鵲橋 Do Mi Sol》,2003年的《星光燦爛─歌劇選粹之夜》更邀請了國內外知名演唱家與華岡交響樂團合作,2004年的《琴韻風華》更邀請到國外知名雙鋼琴演奏家「孟德爾頌雙鋼琴組合」Noriko Ishikawa – Kratzer與Manfred Kratzer,來台首演Robert Starer的「雙鋼琴協奏曲」。

11/19(二) Tatiana Gerasimova (外籍)
鋼琴演奏家

Concert pianist Tatiana Gerasimova won audience recognition as a soloist and chamber musician whose, bright and energetic personality; individual sound palette and strong stage presence make her performance unique and easily recognized.

Gerasimova’s intensive concert schedule includes concert venues all over Europe, Russia and the USA. In addition to her solo recitals, she has performed with internationally renowned musicians such as Sergey Khachatryan, Dora Schwarzberg, Alexander Rudin, Vladimir Chernov, Vagram Saradjian, Zakhar Bron, Nana Jashvili, Marina Prudenskaja, and many others. Ms. Gerasimova has performed at Texas Music Festival, Houston; Schlern International Music Festival, Italy; Babajanian Concert Hall, Yerevan; Moores Opera House, Houston; Little Hall (Malyj zal) and Rachmaninov Hall, Moscow and many others.

Tatiana Gerasimova has made recordings for Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (Germany), KUHF (USA), Radio Hilversum (Holland) and State Armenian TV.

Born in St. Petersburg, she graduated from St. Petersburg State Conservatory and received her doctoral degree from the University of Cologne in Germany.
She was on faculty at the Robert-Schuman University Duesseldorf (Musikhochschule Duesseldorf) and at the University of Cologne from 1998 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012 she was affiliated with the Moores School of Music, University of Houston.

In her artistic development, Ms. Gerasimova combined the great tradition of the Russian piano school and European influence.

Since 2008, Tatiana Gerasimova lives in Houston with her husband and son. Since 2010, she is Director of the Semper Music Inc. and

Music Director of the Semper Music International Festival. Ms. Gerasimova holds master classes in the USA, Mexico, Germany, France and Italy.

11/14(四) 洪儷珊 Biola 大學(外籍)
鋼琴教授


“這是一位才華橫溢、琴藝非凡的音樂家,更是一位蘊藏豐富內涵及思想的藝術家” 前美國貝多芬音樂協會主席Dr. Tom Wendel對洪儷珊如是稱許。
“如果我躬逢其盛的音樂會都有如此水準,我就如同在天堂一般了。鋼琴家洪儷珊的演奏實在是一場出眾的饗宴,她將音樂之境幻化於極致。”(Timothy Gilligan, New York ConcertReview)榮獲2002年紐約國際藝術家大獎的洪儷珊,於2003年受邀在紐約卡內基音樂廳的Weill演奏廳,舉辦個人獨奏會。完滿的演出使得主辦單位旋即力邀再次合作, 於是,2005年再度於卡內基音樂廳舉辦獨奏會。名樂評家Timothy Gilligan在著名的紐約樂評季刊讚譽:儷珊彈奏的“法朗克的前奏曲,聖詠與賦格”,可能就是他所聽過的最佳詮釋。此外,在其他著名報紙,如華盛頓郵報和巴爾的摩太陽報,也對儷珊的演出發表如潮佳評。
洪博士的演奏足跡遍及亞,歐,美三大洲。除了美國卡內基音樂廳外,她曾在巴黎的SalleGaveau, 德國慕尼黑文化中心,莫斯科的Rachmaninoff Hall,漢城的Sejong文化中心,台北國家音樂廳,芝加哥的Orpheus古典音樂系列,巴爾的摩的Shriver Hall 音樂會系列,舊金山灣區史坦威協會鋼琴獨奏會系列,伊利諾州的Maud Powell音樂節,意大利羅馬音樂節,韓國著名的Yonsei University,及美國知名大學如 Vanderbilt University, BallState University, 北佛羅里達州立大學, 和威斯康辛大學等,舉辦獨奏會和室內樂的演出。
她所合作過的音樂家,包括室內樂泰斗美藝三重奏創團者Menahem Pressler,紐約愛樂助理指揮Delta David Gier, 洛杉磯歌劇院樂團首席Roberto Cani, 帕格尼尼國際小提琴大賽金牌得主黃濱,及美國知名樂團團員如克里夫蘭交響樂團,Indianapolis 交響樂團, 波士頓交響樂團等,並為Topaz室內樂團創團鋼琴家。所合作過的樂團包括美國 MasterWorksOrchestra, Stockton Symphony, Palo Alto Philharmonic Orchestra, SheboyganSymphony Orchestra, Illinois Valley Symphony Orchestra, 湖南交響樂團, 和台北市立交響樂團。她的演出屢屢在美國電視台及廣播電台轉播,包括WBAL, WBJC, WFYI, 和

洪儷珊生於台灣,並在台灣接受完整的教育,承受多位老師栽培,包括鍾明里,許明馨,黃如杏,陳郁秀,和德林傑。臺灣師範大學畢業後即赴美國琵琶地音樂院深造,隨鋼琴大師魯賓斯坦的得意弟子Ann Schein學習,相繼取得鋼琴演奏碩士及博士學位。除此之外,她還拜隨名師Jorg Demus, Imre Rohmann, Grant Johannesen,Alban Berg弦樂四重奏,並參加Abbey Simon, Paul Badura-skoda, Sergei Dorensky, 和 Evgeny Malinin的大師班 . 除得到國際藝術家大獎之外,其他獲獎記錄包括Palo Alto愛樂協奏曲比賽第一名,Harrison Winter鋼琴比賽第二名, 及臺灣全國鋼琴比賽青少年組第一名。她在Peabody修習期間,因表現優異而榮獲Annie Wentz及Rose Marie Milholland獎,並膺選為Pi KappaLambda美國國家音樂榮譽協會會員。

學歷、師承
1950年出生於台北,現為享譽國際的知名古典鋼琴家。四歲開始學琴,五歲公開發表,九歲赴德國科隆(Cologne)音樂院繼續學習,於1970年畢業。隨後屢次在國際大賽中獲獎,如1972年於伊莉莎白大賽(Concours Reine Elisabeth)獲獎、1972年獲第21屆慕尼黑聯合廣播公司(ARD)音樂大賽首獎、荀白克大賽(Arnold Schönberg Competition)首獎、於美國舉辦的巴赫大賽(J.S.Bach Competition)首獎。隨後展開演奏生涯,受邀至各城市與國際知名指揮家及樂團合作。

鋼琴/史考特米克Scott Meek
身為多數國內外鋼琴比賽的冠軍,加拿大鋼琴家史考特米克博士曾受邀以獨奏者身份與多倫多交響樂團,愛民頓交響樂團,和溫尼伯交響樂團演出。同時,也曾於在學期間與奧柏林音樂學院和印第安納大學交響樂團等演出。米克博士與多位指揮家合作演出。所贏得的比賽包括了加拿大肯尼基鋼琴比賽,西恩鋼琴比賽,埃克哈特格拉瑪特比賽和國內音樂比賽,國際比賽包括了科伯斯克里斯蒂國際比賽和世界鋼琴比賽,並且得到加拿大藝術委員會和馬尼托巴藝術委員會的贊助與支持。

米克博士與妻子袁佳慧於2014年成立了『米克雙人組』鋼琴四手聯彈夫妻組。他們”新穎"的想法和表演方式,除了彈奏鋼琴外,經常融入了演戲,音效等讓觀眾更耳目一新的技術外,還以故事和解說的方式將他們對曲目的知識傳達給觀眾,讓他們深得觀眾的喜愛。同時,米克博士目前是溫哥華極受歡迎的合奏家和空間音樂演奏家,更是固定為名小提琴家塔拉斯哥勃拉教授的學生伴奏。

鋼琴/袁佳慧 Clare Yuan
溫哥華婦女音樂協會音樂比賽歷年冠軍,鋼琴家袁佳慧目前為克勞迪奧阿勞的名傳奇鋼琴二人組弟子拉爾夫馬克和和肯尼斯百老匯的學生。

袁佳慧活躍於加拿大西岸,經常受邀於各個音樂系列演出,包括卡皮蘭諾大學古典音樂系列,西溫社區藝術委員會,奎里肯海灘星期天音樂系列,十字谷音樂系列。學生時期曾受邀與美國紐約都會愛樂交響樂團演出布拉姆斯第一號鋼琴協奏曲,獲得觀眾廣大好評。又受邀於溫哥華交響樂俱樂部樂團擔任2013/2014音樂季的指揮,熱情演出極受觀眾喜愛。近年,她在空間音樂表演這塊更為活躍,包括與黑管家肖恩厄爾,大提琴家萊恩頓組成的甜之三重奏。袁佳慧結婚後在2014年與他的先生,鋼琴家史考特米克博士組成了米克雙人組成立了罕見的鋼琴四手聯彈夫妻組。 夫妻兩人非常享受和觀眾分享四手聯彈的樂趣,並透過”新穎"的想法和表演方式,讓彈奏的曲目融入了演戲和音效等讓觀眾更耳目一新。此外,他們更以故事和解說的方式將他們對曲目的知識傳達給觀眾,絕對是讓觀眾能更深入享受音樂會的特色之一。

袁佳慧的歷年的指導老師包括曾經擔任英倫哥倫比亞大學音樂系系主任兼教授的名加拿大鋼琴家,Jane Coop。在紐約曼哈頓音樂學院任教,幫助她順利在該校取得碩士學位的Dr. Arkady Aronov。還有加拿大維多利亞大學的指導老師Eva Solar-Kinderman教授。
袁佳慧目前與她的先生定居於加拿大溫哥華。除了在加拿大各處活躍的演出,她也經常受邀于加拿大中文電台FM96.1與城市電視為嘉賓探討音樂相關的各類話題。她同時有自己的音樂教室,並且以創新的教學風格和頻繁的表演機會啟發帶領著充滿熱情和有才華的學生。

鋼琴演奏家

安德魯·泰森是音樂界一顆新星,冉冉升起,令人矚目,被英國廣播公司3台譽為“真正的鋼琴詩人”。2015年夏季,他獲得了蘇黎世的蓋扎·安達國際鋼琴比賽第一名以及莫扎特獎和聽眾獎。獲獎之後,蓋扎·安達基金會慷慨贊助他在歐洲各地舉行多場演奏會。
安德魯·泰森在里茲國際鋼琴比賽中獲得新設立的特倫斯·賈德-哈雷樂團獎,這一獎項由哈雷樂團及其指揮馬克·埃爾德爵士頒發。泰森與哈雷樂團相處愉快,上一樂季又合作數場演出。泰森還在歐美各地多次演出協奏曲,合作樂團包括北卡羅來納交響樂團、在林肯中心艾莉絲·塔利廳與聖路加樂團、斯圖加特廣播交響樂團、溫特圖爾交響樂團以及馬林·阿爾索普指揮的比利時國家管弦樂團。這一樂季的重要演出包括與海頓愛樂樂團首次亮相維也納音樂廳,以及與瑞士意大利區管弦樂團和弗拉基米爾·阿什肯納齊指揮合作演出蕭邦第二號鋼琴協奏曲。

Manos Tsangaris was born in 1956. He is is composer, drummer and installation artist, one of the most important representatives of experimental music theatre. His compositions are internationally acclaimed and have been performed at several renowned festivals and theatres. In 2009 he was appointed professor of composition at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden, and, in the same year, elected as a member of the Akademie der Künste Berlin (director of the music department in 2012). He has been a member of the Sächsische Akademie der Künste since 2010 and a full member of the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts since 2017. Tsangaris was artist-in-residence at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) for the 1012-13 academicyear; he has, since October 2012, been artistic director (from 2016) for the Munich Biennalefor Music Theatre (together with Daniel Ott). In the academic year 2017/18 Tsangaris is Visiting Professor at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo. Tsangaris founded the Internationale Institut für Kunstermittlung (www.iike.de). He has done research in the field of scenic anthropology. Since the 1970s, he has repeatedly taken performance conditions to be an essential theme of his compositional work, expressed in different artistic formats.

Soloist, collaborative pianist, chamber musician, producer, and arts administrator Jonathan Tsay maintains an artistic career as diverse as his interests. A recent multi-city tour of Taiwan included solo recital stops at the National Recital Hall in Taipei, Kaohsiung Music Hall, and the Pingtung Arts Center. Other recent solo engagements include performances for The Cliburn, Music at Southminster in Ottawa, Blanco Performing Arts, and Fine Arts Chamber Players. In Fall 2019, Jonathan was appointed Visiting Assistant Professor at the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music at The University of Memphis.
A sought after collaborator, Dr. Tsay has also performed alongside some of the world’s premier musicians, including Chee-Yun, David Cooper (Principal Horn, Chicago Symphony), Jing Wang (Concertmaster, Hong Kong Philharmonic), dramatic soprano Alessandra Marc, Chloé Trevor (“musical ambassador to Generation Z”), the Cézanne Quartet, and Nathan Olson (Concertmaster, Dallas Symphony Orchestra). Jonathan has served as Principal Keyboard of the Las Colinas Symphony and the Dallas Chamber Symphony. Jonathan also serves as Artistic Director of Ensemble75, a chamber music series based out of Dallas, Texas.
Jonathan's recordings can be found in Brahms - A Listener's Guide: Unlocking the Masters Series, as well as on Chloé Trevor’s album Immortal. A solo CD, Portfolio, was released in 2009, and Jonathan's collaborative album Harmonic Allusions was released in September 2017 and was named a “Top 5 Classical Album” by TheaterJones. Away from the piano bench, Jonathan is the host of the classical music podcast entitled "Between the Barlines" which explores the lives of the various personalities that make up the classical musical landscape.
Increasingly popular as a masterclass teacher, Dr. Tsay has given masterclasses at institutions such as Taiwan National University of the Arts, Kaohsiung Normal University, Stephen F. Austin State University, Seattle University, and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Tsay serves as Head of Piano for the Chloé Trevor Music Academy, a summer music intensive that draws over 100 students from over 20 countries each year. He has served on the screening jury for the Dallas International Piano Competition as well as adjudicator for numerous competitions including the Texas Music Teacher's Association Solo Competition and Austin Youth Music Ambassadors.
Dr. Tsay started his piano studies with Carolyn Savko at the age of five. Under the tutelage of Dr. Carol Leone, Jonathan earned a Bachelors of Music with Honors at the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University. Jonathan entered l’Université de Montréal as a Masters of Music student of Marc Durand, and received his doctorate through an accelerated program. Jonathan’s musical background also includes composition studies with Simon Sargon and David Karp, and conducting with Jack Delaney and Paul Phillips.

大提琴演奏家

大提琴演奏家洪本倫1993加入洛杉磯愛樂交響樂團,成為當時團裡最年輕的成員。他出生在台北,9歲在啟蒙老師孫婉玲的指導下,開始學習大提琴,之後又隨張寬容老師學琴。曾經連續三年贏得全臺灣省大提琴比賽冠軍,13歲考取茱莉亞音樂學院先修班,隨後考入南加州大學,成為大提琴演奏家Lynn Harrell的學生。他除了在洛杉磯愛樂交響樂團擔任第二首席大提琴演奏家之外,也活躍在各種不同形式的獨奏和室內樂的表演,並且與古典音樂家們同台表演,包括Emanuel Ax,Yefim Bronfman,Lynn Harrell,Janine Jansen,朗朗,林昭亮,Susanna Mälkki, Bobby McFerrin,Sir Simon Rattle,Esa-Pekka Salonen,Jean-Yves Thibaudet,Lars Vogt,以及譚盾和余隆。
洪本倫曾受邀夢工廠電影出品的電影"獨奏者"(The Soloist),擔任好萊塢明星傑米福克斯和湯姆荷蘭德的大提琴技術指導,以及擔任整部電影的獨奏配樂和表演。他除了專注於大提琴表演之外,也致力於音樂和大提琴演奏的教育工作。現任教於南加州大學音樂學院,並經常應邀參加歐美以及亞洲的音樂節,教授獨奏及室內樂的大師班課程。
