To be the administration institution responsible for educational and research affairs, the Office of Academic Affairs is in charge of the educational administration and the organization can be alienated as four divisions, the details for each be illustrated below.
Registration Division
The main responsibility hold students entrance examination, school roll, registration, school report, various kinds of application forms, students' ID cards, students' regulations, and the draft of application of double majors and minors, etc.
Curriculum Planning Division
The main responsibility entails students' course selection, instruction and curriculum arrangement and revision, etc.
Publication Division
The main responsibility involves the publication related affairs at NTUA, such as editing the journal of NTUA, writing monthly magazine of NTUA, and publishing academic books.
Academic Service Division
In order to help professors to facilitate the levels of academic research, the division also takes the responsibilities of investigating all the professors’ promotion, and submitting the application of study programs proposed by National Science Council and other academic organizations.
